Cancellation Policy

All appointments can be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours before the beginning of the scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule within 48 hours , please contact me via phone or text(630.731.0124) or email(lmhairstylist630@gmail.com),or my personal website https://lanam.glossgenius.com/ Clients who do not show up to a scheduled appointment will not be invited to rebook without advance payment of service that is booked. When booking online, a non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total at the time of service.If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact the salon in advance, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.No‑show appointments may also result in being required to pay a larger deposit or payment in full to schedule future services.By booking online and paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this no‑show policy.
